Your subconscious mind is responsible for 95% of your behaviours. That means if your subconscious mind is not convinced that weight loss is a good thing you will not lose weight.
In this programme I will help prepare and convince your subconscious mind that weight loss will be safe, comfortable and enjoyable.
The audio recordings will be available to you to listen to you as often as you can. The more you listen to the recordings the more familiar you become with your road ahead to becoming your ideal weight. By preparing your subconscious mind, being your ideal weight can go from being some impossible dream to feeling likely and inevitable and that everything you do is helping you move towards it.

It is important to know that all therapy including hypnotherapy relies on YOUR input. It is not done to you. All hypnosis is self hypnosis, as we listen to the hypnotherapist we can choose to follow instructions or not. Ultimately it will be your commitment and following of the guidance given that will allow you to get optimum results.
